Aiva Ventures as part of Dalawai group has indeed established a group of companies in 1980 to deliver quality service in logistics sector and in 1995 established fruit processing & Packaging firms to process “high quality fruit pulp, corrugated boxes and endeavouring in to cashew and agarbatti manufacturing. The companies have provided and placed great emphasis on and take pride in the personal care we provide to our customers; suppliers for the last 39⁺ years.

Our notion had always been to deliver quality services in the field of Food & beverages through processing high quality fruit pulp, fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, Fruit Concentrates, Packaging’s (Aseptic & Tetrapak), Farming, The group has also been in to logistics sectors and till date going stronger and stronger in thriving to reach more milestones in years to come.

Naveen Dalawai is proud to be in a family of reputed business barons. He did his education in computer engineering and his post-graduation from Fairfield, U.S.A. Naveen has extensive knowledge from various fields. He worked for billion dollar multinational companies in high qualified positions in the field of Information Technology & Food and Beverages. His father renowned Badrinarayana Dalawai is an industrialist, philanthropist and a politician who has created an business empire “Dalawai group” which indeed has established a group of companies since 1980 to deliver quality service in logistics sector and in 1995 established Fruit processing & Packaging firms to process high quality fruit pulp and corrugated boxes.

Naveen is now the CEO and Managing partner of the Dalawai Group and Aiva Ventures is also part of this group. Naveen’s immense knowledge, hard work, determination and vast experience gives companies and it’s employees with all the care, support and ensure toward extracting the best from every individual part of the group. The majority of the customers have always been billion dollar multi national companies and following the footsteps of his father and delivering excellences of this business empire the customers are treated with highest priority in all means and at any point of time, which is why the group has been successfully running for more than 39+ years.

This is just not the end to Naveen’s passion, he is also been a musician, singer and a social worker.
